Getting started

Look AI takes one photo of your face and shows you what a different haircut, hair colour or makeup would look like on you, before you book the salon or open a box of dye.

  1. Take a clear, well-lit photo of your face, looking at the camera.
  2. Choose what you want to change: the cut, the colour, makeup, brows or accessories.
  3. Pick a style from the catalogue, or let the app choose one for you.
  4. Compare the results and keep the ones worth showing your stylist.

There is no signup step. An account is created for you when you install the app, so you can start straight away.

Common questions

Will it still look like me?

That is what the app is built around: your features and your skin tone are meant to stay yours, and only the thing you picked should change. It is still an image model, so proportions and small details can drift between tries. Compare each result against your own photo.

Can I change my body, my skin or my clothes?

No. Look AI works above the collarbone only: hair, makeup, brows, lashes, glasses and earrings. There is nothing for body, skin or clothing, and that is deliberate.

Can I take a result to a salon?

That is what it is for. Treat it as a picture of the direction you want rather than a promise about what your hair can physically do — your stylist decides that part.
